Finding Larger Shoe Sizes

Any suggestions on where to find a wedding shoe for a size 11 AAA? I have looked through the catalogs I usually order my shoes from, to no avail. I've called a few manufacturers, and they don't make my size. Any ideas on where to turn? I'm not even looking for anything cute or trendy, just functional. Like a 1 to 1-1/2 inch heel and dyeable (dress is antique white).

My best suggestion would be to contact local bridal wear boutiques and ask for their recommendations. Also, look into shoe repair shops and shoe makers. If you think ballet slippers would work for you, there is another source, theatrical suppliers. Sorry to not be of more help.
